Hello!  Thanks for checking out my profile!  I am a retired person living in Thailand and I love cooking.  I exist (happily) on a small budget and have found that it is easy to create and enjoy delicious food at a very small cost.  Most of my Hubs will be like a cookbook for people who are not too great in the kitchen and don't have many amenities. At the moment my entire kitchen exists of a single burner propane stove, a crock pot and a rice maker!  A few knives, a wok and a pot or two is all your really need.  So I hope you will check out an article or two and let me know what you think!
